Services

  • I am an integrative counsellor, with a specific focus on person-centred therapy and compassion focused therapy. I believe that no two people are the same and we will all need a different approach, so with that in mind, I will blend and integrate different theories, strategies and tools to best meet your needs.

I aim to work with you collaboratively, in an accepting and non-oppressive way. Ultimately it's empathy, respect and compassion that sit at the core of my practice.

I offer 50-minute sessions either in-person, online or via telephone. We can work to a regular appointment schedule or book sessions in flexibly as-and-when you need them.

  • With individual therapy, I will work with you to develop your self-awareness and self-acceptance to find strength and conviction in the choices that feel right to you.

As we explore and utilise your strengths, opportunities and personal identity, I will provide you with support, sincerity, empathy and unconditional acceptance as you make your way through this journey.

  • I work with Mothers and Daughters to facilitate communication, empathy and inclusion to further improve your relationship.

Utilising reflection, grace and intentional effort I help you strengthen your internal identity as an individual as well as a mother/daughter, empowering you with the tools to develop your relationship and understanding with one another.

I am trained by Rosjke Hasseldine, based on the Mother-Daughter Attachment Model, however, I practice this integratively, alongside other modalities.

While this is designed to be short-term focused work of 6-12 sessions, this pacing might not suit everyone. During our first session we will discuss the scope and plan of work and decide on a pace that feels right for you.

I offer both individual and mother-daughter duo coaching sessions. This is available both in person or online. Sessions are held for 60 minutes but where appropriate might extend to 75 or 90 minutes.

While 'mother' & 'daughter' are gendered terms, I'd like to clarify that if this work resonates with you, then you are more than welcome to access it. I work with those who identify as women, trans, or non-binary.
